Leon has helped my with my Mac and IPhone in the past. Always efficient and able to diagnose the issue. What prompted me to write a review was when I was stumped installing my Google Nest doorbell and called him for help. Though he has never installed one before, he researched the process and came to my home with all of the tools and extra parts that were needed and hooked me up! So grateful for his on time and thought out service!

Leon is great. I had a problem with setting up my printer in a new place and he made a house call to fix it! So knowledgeable and efficient at a very reasonable price! Highly recommend the Mac Guy!

I am beyond grateful and impressed in the experience I had. Personable and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my MacBook Pro since the day I took it out of the box. The fan would run all the time even when it was closed up and in sleep mode. Apple told me it was normal. This beautiful human solved it and replaced my battery for better functionality as that was the original issue I came in for. I will definitely be taking my Apple products to him again. I highly recommend using The Mac guy!

Most of the personal items on my old laptop had been transferred to the newer one, but a few remained in obscure places. Leon was respectful of my wish to find and migrate every last one. His listening skills and calm manner reassured an anxious technophobe, and his expertise yielded the desired results. He not only cleared the device but found and downloaded an application for opening an old email program. I left the laptop with him to be brought to a recycling centre. For sterling customer service, I can heartily recommend Leon, the Mac Guy.

I went to see Leon with my problematic, old, dusty 2013 MacBook. He dusted it off and proceeded to make it run 10x better than New for a great price. However, Shortly After the computer was having a separate issue. He immediately found time for me and managed to solve Every Issue. ALL his work was guaranteed so it was very, very affordable considering how much time and energy went into upgrading the computer. It’s now running much better than it did brand new and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I would have been charged at least 500$ more somewhere else. This guy is legitimately remarkable at his job and extremely fair. I strongly recommend his services.

I just want to share what a great customer experience I have had twice now with Leon at The Mac Guy. He is kind, patient, and considerate. He speaks simply and directly so that even if you don't know much about computers he will help you understand what's going on. His prices are reasonable and he is quick and thorough. The Mac Guy, Thank you so much for saving all my photos from the water damaged iPhone!!! It was sitting in the water for 3 days at 7m deep! I was so impressed and SO happy. Leon is very nice, helpful, professional, fast and good communicator. And the best part is he loves what he does!! If you have any issues with Mac products, he is the one to go! Highly recommended.

It was my first time using this shop, I have no affiliation and have not been incentivized to write this review. I could not have dreamed of better service!! Fast. Efficient. Friendly. Communicative.
